I decided to send this request for volunteers out all by itself so it doesn't get lost in all of the other end of year information...
So the senior parents can enjoy Baccalaureate and Graduation, the junior parents traditionally help in several areas listed below. Remember, we'll be asking the same of next year's junior class parents so here's your chance to be the first to volunteer! You can reply directly to me if you can help.
Thank you!

Baccalaureate Reception, Sunday June 13th 2:00-3:00 p.m.
- I need 20 people to bake 2 dozen cookies
- 2 more parent volunteers to help serve (Thank you Allison and Lisa)
Cookies need to be dropped off at 1:30. Parent volunteers will need to be there at 1:30 to set-up until approximately 4:00.
Graduation, Monday June 14th at Meydenbaur
- Door Guards (prior to Graduation 4:45 - 7:00 p.m. ) - 6 parents are needed to guard the doors into the auditorium at Meydenbauer before we open the doors to the public. Volunteers would need to be in place around 4:45 p.m. We have the band students arrive around 5:00 and have sound checks for speakers and performers at 5:00. Parents need to guard the doors to make sure that other people don’t get into the auditorium. Once the doors open they would help the Honor Society students take tickets and pass out programs until graduation starts at 7:00. Contact Elaine Caufield by phone or e-mail if you are willing to help 425-456-7401 or caufieldd@bsd405.org
- Grad Knight Check-In 8:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. - approximately 30 adults to help get the Seniors checked in for Grad Night! There will be several of us that help direct Seniors from graduation to the Grad Night check-in, others to check Grads in by bus/station, and others to help ensure items are handed back to parents/family members, etc. Graduation typically ends by 8:30 p.m., so we need volunteers at Meydenbauer by 8 p.m. for set up and instructions.
