Hello Newport Parents,
In the wake of the recent tragedy in Haiti, the Newport ASB/Leadership class is organizing a one-day fundraiser tomorrow, Friday, January 15th. Our goal is to raise an emergency fund designated to the Red Cross, hopefully to be sent out early next week.
Please partner with your student in arranging any spare coins or cash that could be donated tomorrow. 2nd period teachers will be passing an envelope around, and several student leaders will be collecting during lunch & passing time.
If you wish to write a check, please make the check payable to Newport High School Leadership. All funds will be deposited and one large check will be issued to the American Red Cross
